Abstract:Pleurotus ostreatus is known for its culinary and medicinal characteristics, with potential use in biotechnology. This research attempts to optimise mycelia growth and find effective approaches for immobilising them. The jars containing the substrate were inoculated with solid and liquid inoculums.
