Optimization of Machining Parameters for Electrochemical Discharge Machining for Soda Lime Glass

Abstract: In this study machining of soda lime glass with the help of copper electrode (cathode) and stainless steel (anode) electrode has been done. The electrolyte used was a mixture of sodium hydroxide and potassium oxide of specific concentration. An orthogonal array of L27 has been designed for the different input parameters such as voltage, electrolyte concentration and current.
