Optimization of Local Anesthesia during Radical Maxillary Sinusotomy in Dental Patients

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to give a clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of endonasal blockade of the nasopalatine nerve in different ways during radical maxillary sinusotomy in dental patients.
