Optimization of Input Pulse Considering Both High-Speed Response and Rebound Suppression for Solenoids

Abstract: In this study, we propose that optimization of the input pulse results in a high-speed response and rebound suppression for solenoids. This input is given by two impulse voltage responses. The first impulse response rapidly drives the solenoid plunger, and the second suppresses the rebound that occurs upon reaching the reference position.
