Optimization of Fibrin Scaffolds to Study Friction in Cultured Mesothelial Cells

Abstract: To study the friction of cell monolayers avoiding damage due to stress concentration, cells can be cultured on fibrin gels, which have a structure and viscoelasticity similar to that of the extracellular matrix.
