Optimization of Extrusion Treatments, Quality Assessments, and Kinetics Degradation of Enzyme Activities during Storage of Rice Bran

Abstract: Over the years, extrusion has been a multi-step thermal technique that has proven to be the most effective process to stabilize rice bran (RB).
