Abstract: Seeds of Alpinia blepharocalyx contain high amounts of phenolic and flavonoid compounds with potential antioxidant properties. In this study, the effects of the extraction method on the recovery of phenolic and flavonoid compounds from Alpinia blepharocalyx seeds were investigated.
