Supply chain finance and logistics activities are developing rapidly. In the economic activities of the tripartite cooperation between financial institutions, logistics enterprises, and loan enterprises, the goods will enter the logistics and supervision links of pledged goods immediately after they are postponed. It is proposed to integrate computer network communication technologies such as the Internet of Things with supply chain finance and logistics supervision to strengthen the information interaction between suppliers, which is widely used in supply chain activities to help realize the Internet finance. An intelligent supply chain supervision can implement monitoring and early warning of the time of the pledged goods in the warehouse, in transit, and during processing. Therefore, this paper proposes an intelligent supply chain supervision model by integrating supply chain finance, logistics, and pledge finance models into an operation management platform to better promote the smooth progress of supply chain finance and logistics supervision activities, which can effectively reduce various external risks, improve operational efficiency, and provide reference for supply chain finance and logistics activities.

The innovation of logistics management mode plays a great role in promoting the operation timeliness of an e-commerce platform. The question of how to realize the research on the innovation mode of logistics management of the e-commerce platform with the integration of “Internet of things + blockchain” is the current development trend. Based on this, this paper studies the influencing factors of logistics management of an e-commerce platform under the discrete analysis strategy of “Internet of things + blockchain.” First, the logistics management analysis model of an e-commerce platform integrating “Internet of things + blockchain” is proposed. The dynamic correlation function is used to simulate the logistics information in the e-commerce platform. Through the extreme value of the dynamic correlation function curve in the detection process, the operation signal is restored, and then its logistics management is analyzed. Second, the influencing factors in the logistics management of the e-commerce platform are analyzed, comprehensive analysis is done by using the “Internet of things + blockchain” integration model, the dynamic logistics information in the operation of the e-commerce platform is accurately gathered, and the multidimensional hierarchical method is used for quality evaluation. Finally, the effectiveness of the logistics management analysis model of the e-commerce platform is verified by many experiments.

Cross-border data flow brings new growth and opportunities for the development of digital economy, but disordered cross-border data flow may damage national security, public interests, enterprise interests, and data sovereignty. At present, the unified rules for global regulation of cross-border data flow have not yet been formed. The existing rules are mainly led by developed countries like Europe and the United States. There is huge room for improvement in the international legal protection of cross-border transmission of personal information. This paper introduces the privacy protection mechanism of personal information data under the digital trade environment in China, that is, the privacy protection framework under the background of big data, cloud computing, and the cloud service selection method of data life cycle privacy protection. At the same time, we combined with many problems existing in the cross-border transmission of personal privacy information in China and compared with foreign advanced experience, and this paper puts forward China’s response path to clarify the obligations of data controllers and exporters, improve the responsibilities of regulators, improve the legislation of cross-border data flow, and improve the operability of the law; we vigorously carry out international cooperation and actively participate in the formulation of international rules, so as to further protect the rights and interests of personal privacy information protection.
