Abstract: Purpose: The primary surgical treatment modality for large or complex renal stones is percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) allows for intraoperative imaging and can be used to enhance intraoperative assessment of a stone-free status during a PCNL procedure.
