Optimization FSO Performance Under Strong Turbulence Effect By Enhanced New Carrier Data Transmission Technique

Abstract: Abstract. This paper focus on mitigating the atmospheric turbulence effect in free space optical communication using a dual diffuser modulation (DDM) technique.The most deteriorate the FSOC is scintillation where it affected the wave front cause to fluctuating signal and ultimately receiver can turn into saturate or loss signal.
