With the continuous deepening of the education reform, the number of students in higher vocational college (HVC) has increased, which puts forward higher requirements for the overall development of talents. Football is a relatively common sport in HVC with a certain degree of regularity and difficulty. Therefore, how to improve the level and the quality of teaching through scientific and reasonable teaching methods has become one of the problems that need to be solved in HVC. This article mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the traditional teaching mode and students’ learning situation based on the intelligent algorithm and puts forward effective improvement suggestions and strategies for reference. This article uses questionnaire surveys and data analysis methods to understand the evaluation results of the school’s teachers and students on the teaching quality (TQ) of the football course and the necessity of implementing improvement strategies through questionnaire surveys. According to the survey results, most of the interviewees had a high evaluation of the TQ of the school’s football course. 46 of the teachers and students who participated in the evaluation rated the school’s football course teaching methods as excellent, and only 2 rated it as passing. In addition, 49 of the teachers and students interviewed believe that it is necessary to optimize the strength of teachers, followed by perfecting the equipment configuration of the venue.

Test of Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Building Concrete Structures in Earthquake Area Based on Virtual Reality

In order to solve the poor matching ability between concrete structures of traditional architectural space optimization design methods, it leads to the problem of low space optimization ratio, so based on virtual reality technology, the author proposes a new method for optimizing the space of concrete structure buildings. Using virtual reality technology to improve the basic structure of building space, reorganize the form through the design space, and optimize the design of the concrete structure building space function; based on the test model of virtual reality technology, design the matching method of concrete structure, increase the proportion of building space optimization, and adopt linear buckling method, geometric nonlinear method, and double nonlinear analysis method; the ultimate bearing capacity of steel structures of residential buildings in earthquake areas is tested. Experimental results show that for the simple structure building space, the average optimization ratios are 97.17% and 96.71%, respectively; for the complex structure building space, under the proposed optimization design, the average optimization ratio is maintained at 94.34%, and the error between the stress prediction value of the finite element model and the axial stress obtained by testing is less than 6%. Compared with the traditional space optimization design, in the proposed space optimization design method, the proportion of building space optimization is higher; it can be seen that the virtual reality technology has a better matching effect on the concrete structure, and the accuracy of the ultimate bearing capacity value obtained by prediction is high.

Performance evaluation of counselors plays a vital role for education industry (schools, colleges, universities, and vocational colleges). The problem can be stated with the phrases; how to design reasonable and appropriate performance indicators? The objective of this research is to design an effective performance evaluation. The purpose of this study is to explore a new method of performance evaluation that combines strategic goals with personal development goals. The purpose of performance evaluation is to better motivate the enthusiasm of counselors. With the methodology, a new issue faced at modern colleges and universities is being resolved. Therefore, for explaining methodology, this study has carried out the application analysis of the fusion particle swarm algorithm (FPSA) in the performance evaluation of instructors. First, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of performance evaluation, it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of university performance evaluation. Secondly, particle swarm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used in the research of instructor performance evaluation. Pass the superiority of this assessment system. Index parameter evaluation is from 2.5 to 3.0. The range indicates an excellent value. In result this improved particle swarm can be compared with the state of the art (Liu et al., 2019). In conclusive remarks, this study is to provide state-of-the-art study for the current research on the topic of instructor performance appraisal in colleges and universities.
