Optimization Analysis of Locomotive Diesel Engine Intake System Based on Matlab-Simulink and GT-Power

Abstract: In this paper, based on the coupling calculation of Simulink software and GT-Power software, an Optimizer model method was proposed for a 16V265H diesel engine to study the effects of different ratios of biodiesel (B0, B10, and B20) on the performance of a 16V265H diesel engine at 1000 rpm and 75% load. Firstly, the four parameters of diesel engine power, BSFC, soot emission, and NOx emission were taken as the result variables of the optimization model. Taking the intake and exhaust timing of the diesel engine… Show more

“…The fuel depot is built mainly by improving the "FluidLiqIncompress" module through GT suite software. It mainly involves the relationship between the physical and chemical parameters of biodiesel fuel and its constant pressure-specific heat and heat transfer coefficient temperature obtained through semi-empirical formula [32].…”

“…When studying the nonlinear multi-objective function problems, if the function is constrained, it can be solved by approximating the quadratic polynomial near the extreme point of the objective function through the Taylor expansion. If the function is unary, it can be solved by the one-bit search golden section method [52]. If the function is a multivariate one, the problem can be transformed into a set of nonlinear equations according to the value conditions of the extreme points of the multivariate function.…”
