Optimisation of the Technology of Polishing of Input Windows Made of Optical Ceramics Ko1, Ko12 for Ir Sensors

Abstract: In this work on the base of elipsometric measurements the technology of machine work of polished details made of optical ceramics KO1, KO12 was optimised.
