The extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic field exposure technology for food processing and preservation is a future technology that produces better food quality. This research aims to examine the exposure of extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic field waves to pasteurized cow milk and its effect on pH, chemical content, total microbial count, and sensory tests. This research was carried out by exposing ELF waves of 834.8 micro Tesla (μT) for 90 minutes to fresh milk and pasteurized milk. Samples were stored at room temperature then observed at 0, 2, 6, and 21 hours. Each treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that exposure to ELF waves had no effect on chemical content (P<0.05). The pH measurement shows that exposure to ELF waves could maintain the pH value. The total microbial count showed that exposure to ELF waves had an effect on reducing the total microbial count. The organoleptic test showed that pasteurized milk exposed to ELF waves had a smaller level of change. Based on observations, exposure to ELF waves has the potential to be developed in pasteurization, storage of cow milk, and retain its nutritional content. The Sensitivity of Amphotericin B, Fluconazole, and Flusitosin to Fungal Pathogens Isolated from Wounds of Diabetic Ulcer Patients

A diabetic ulcer is a wound caused by infection, ulceration or destruction in people with diabetes mellitus. Mostly, diabetic ulcer found in foot. The purpose of this study was to identify pathogenic fungi in diabetic ulcers and their sensitivity to fungal drugs. The morphological determination of fungal isolates was stained with Lactophenol Cotton Blue. Determination of sensitivity using diffusion discs Kirby Bauer which are classified based on Clinical Laboratory Standard Institute (CLSI) with Amphotericin B, Fluconazole, and Flusitosin. Based on the results of the study found 8 types of pathogenic fungi namely Candida albicans (38.78%), Candida guilliermondii (4.08%), Candida kefyr 10.20%), Candida parapsilosis (10.20%), Fusarium solani (14.29) %), Microsporum audouinii (14.29%), Penicillium sp (2.04%), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (4.08%), and Trichophyton equinum (2.04%). The fungus was identified using Gideon software and the book Description of Medical Fungi. The results of the antifungal sensitivity test showed the results were sensitive to fluconazole. Amphotericin B is intermediate to Candida albicans, Candida guilliermondii, Penicillium sp. and Trichophyton sp. and is resistant to Candida kefyr and Candida parapsilosis. Flusitosin is only an intermediate against Penicillium sp. while other fungal species are immune. The conclusion of this study. The results of diabetic ulcer swabs III and IV indicate the presence of fungal colonies with species of 9 species namely Candida albicans, Candida guilliermondii, Candida kefyr, Candida Parapsilosis, Fusarium solani, Microsporum Audouinii, Penicillium sp., Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and Trichophyton equinum. Antifungal sensitivity tests on all pathogenic fungi showed sensitivity to fluconazole. Amphotericin Bintermediatrics against Candida albicans, Candida guilliermondii, Penicillium sp. and Trichophyton sp. while resistant to Candida kefyr and Candida parapsilosis. Flusitosin is only an intermediate against Penicillium sp. while other fungal species are resistant.

The potential of this agribusiness can be found and developed in Gunung Perak Village. In the village fresh milk is produced which is then processed in the Sintari Dairy Cooperative, better known as Susin. Aiming at product innovation, the community service team conducted this Community Service Activity smoothly for five months. Participants in this activity generally work as teaching teachers, housewives and farmers. This activity is dominated by participants aged 18-45 years and 100% participants are female. This activity was also followed by PKK in Gunung Perak Village. Mc Nemar X2 test with a Significant value of 0.007 <0.05 so that there are differences in knowledge before and after exposure to material about Processing and Online Marketing of Kefir Dairy Products in Gunung Perak Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai District. This activity, public knowledge increased by an average value difference of 1.88 with the addition of knowledge reaching 9.4%.
