Abstract: Cryo-imaging has been effectively used to study the biodistribution of fluorescent cells or microspheres in animal models. Sequential slice-by-slice fluorescent imaging enables detection of fluorescent cells or microspheres for corresponding quantification of their distribution in tissue.
