Optimal Shift Scheduling at Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Kuala Muda using Goal Programming

Abstract: Many workplaces encounter complex problems in preparing an optimal work scheduling to meet the 24 hours work demand especially in shift working hours.
