Optimal Scheduling of Pumped Storage in Power System with Large-scale Photovoltaic Based on Carbon Emissions Trading

Abstract: In order to improve the photovoltaic penetration of the power system, an optimal scheduling model of pumped storage system with large-scale photovoltaic based on carbon trading is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the analysis of low-carbon economy, the stepped carbon emission trading mechanism is introduced into the economic dispatch of power system. And in order to improve the calculating efficiency, an improved K-means clustering algorithm based on maximum and minimum distance criterion is proposed … Show more

“…In February 2021, China stated that it will gradually promote the realization of highefficiency and high-quality environmental protection and establish a new system for China's economic development to ensure the achievement of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. According to the relevant deployment, China is striving to achieve the carbon peak by 2028 [4]. It must be said that carbon accounting is an important component of achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.…”
