Optimal keratoplasty for the correction of presbyopia and hypermetropia

Abstract: Purpose. To evaluate prospectively the safety and efficacy of optimal keratoplasty for the correction of hyperopia and presbyopia. Methods. Consecutive patients undergoing bilateral optimal keratoplasty for refractive presbyopic and hypermetropic corrections were enrolled.
