Optimal Elasto-Plastic Analysis of Prestressed Concrete Beams by Applying Residual Plastic Deformation Limitations

Abstract: This work introduces elasto-plastic analysis of prestressed reinforced concrete beams under different prestressing conditions by limiting the residual plastic behaviour inside the steel bars using complementary strain energy.
