The development of wireless communication and the Internet of Things has promoted the construction of smart cities and is the technical basis for the construction of smart cities. The influence of regional economic development level on smart city construction cannot be ignored, and it constitutes the external environment of smart city construction. The combination of the two will play a driving role in the construction of smart cities. Therefore, the planning and construction of smart cities must be coordinated with the realization of the two. This paper adopts a combination of literature analysis and field investigation to analyze the decoupling between smart city construction and regional economic development, conduct research on relevant cities, and combine the current situation of smart city construction to collect the problems encountered in smart city construction and regional economic development. Through analysis, it provides suggestions for the development of smart cities and regional economic development. The survey results show that in the process of smart city construction and regional industrial economic development in the context of the Internet of Things, information security and lack of talent are the most prominent problems. Among the relevant suggestions on these issues, the proportion of talent introduction is about 45%, and the proportion of rational planning of industrial structure is about 28%. Based on the experience of existing research results, this study uses optimization algorithms to make the impact of various factors more specific, which is helpful for each region to make scientific planning based on its own actual situation.

Absorption has always been an attractive process for removing hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Posing unique properties and promising removal capacity, ionic liquids (ILs) are potential media for H2S capture. Engineering design of such absorption process needs accurate measurements or reliable estimation of the H2S solubility in ILs. Since experimental measurements are time-consuming and expensive, this study utilizes machine learning methods to monitor H2S solubility in fifteen various ILs accurately. Six robust machine learning methods, including adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system, least-squares support vector machine (LS-SVM), radial basis function, cascade, multilayer perceptron, and generalized regression neural networks, are implemented/compared. A vast experimental databank comprising 792 datasets was utilized. Temperature, pressure, acentric factor, critical pressure, and critical temperature of investigated ILs are the affecting parameters of our models. Sensitivity and statistical error analysis were utilized to assess the performance and accuracy of the proposed models. The calculated solubility data and the derived models were validated using seven statistical criteria. The obtained results showed that the LS-SVM accurately predicts H2S solubility in ILs and possesses R2, RMSE, MSE, RRSE, RAE, MAE, and AARD of 0.99798, 0.01079, 0.00012, 6.35%, 4.35%, 0.0060, and 4.03, respectively. It was found that the H2S solubility adversely relates to the temperature and directly depends on the pressure. Furthermore, the combination of OMIM+ and Tf2N-, i.e., [OMIM][Tf2N] ionic liquid, is the best choice for H2S capture among the investigated absorbents. The H2S solubility in this ionic liquid can reach more than 0.8 in terms of mole fraction.

The attractiveness of traditional exhibition halls to young people is gradually decreasing. Combining modern digital technology to improve the display effect of the exhibition hall can effectively enhance the effect of cultural publicity. This article introduces the technology of image interaction and mixed reality (MR) to improve the historical and cultural propaganda level of the Shaanxi exhibition hall. The advantages of MR technology in applying digital exhibition halls are theoretically expounded. A theoretical plan for Shaanxi history and culture-related display areas is designed using artificial intelligence combined with MR technology. In addition, the survey respondent’s evaluation of the effect of the new exhibition hall is obtained using a questionnaire survey. The survey results show that 97% of people like the history and culture of Shaanxi but only 13% of the people say they know or know very well about the history and culture of Shaanxi. In addition, 60% of the tourists say they are satisfied with the cultural experience of Shaanxi, and only 27% of the tourists are very satisfied. Also, 96% of tourists are willing to experience Shaanxi’s history and culture through digital exhibition halls, and 93% are willing to participate in cultural experience activities based on MR technology. The survey results prove that tourists are satisfied with the effect of the new exhibition hall. Tourists want to add a distinctive form of cultural experience to the exhibition hall. They are willing to accept digital exhibition halls incorporating MR technology and are very happy to participate in the exhibition method of image interaction. This shows that the use of image interactive display based on MR technology in the layout of the exhibition hall is recognized by people and has strong feasibility. This article has reference significance for the digital upgrade of the exhibition hall and the development of the cultural tourism industry.
