Optimal Balance of Wavefront Aberrations in Photorefractive Keratectomy

Abstract: PURPOSE: To determine the ratio of defocus (Z4) to spherical aberration (Z12) in patients with optimal visual performance 10 years after multifocal aspheric photorefractive keratectomy (PRK).
