“…A self-trapped exciton(sm), formed from the sm and an electron, has also been observed in AgCl along with free and trapped electrons. A weak ODMR signal was observed in pure AgBr by Hayes et al (1977). This broad resonance (680G) at g = 1.8 was interpreted as being consistent with a proposed electron-hole recombination at silver specks consisting of two or more silver atoms.…”
