Abstract: Rapid detection of pathogens is crucial for controlling pathogenic diseases and improving the quality of food industry. This paper presents a microfluidic platform integrated with optical detection module to rapidly detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) and Escherichia coli (E. coli).
