Optical fiber dispersion measurements based on spectral shaping and frequency-to-time mapping

Abstract: To achieve high-precision dispersion measurement of optical components, a new method based on spectral shaping and frequency-to-time mapping was proposed, which was experimentally demonstrated and verified.
