Abstract:ObjectiveTo describe an optic capture pars plana lensectomy technique.MethodsAfter core vitrectomy, pars plana lensectomy is performed with preservation of the anterior capsule. Capsulorhexis is performed on the preserved anterior capsule through a 2.8 mm clear corneal incision.
