“…All experiments were carried out in M9 buffer (3 g/l KH2PO4, 6 g/l Na2HPO4, 5 g/l NaCl, 1 мМ MgSO4) [19]. After washing away from growth media, bacteria and exomethabolites [20] nematodes were transferred into glass centrifuge tubes 10 ml in volume (50 worms in each tube).
