This study examined the influence of the nurturance of young faculty on improved job engagement and the moderating role of institutional citizenship behaviour. This study used a quantitative research design, adopting a survey method. Young faculty (Graduate Assistants-Lecturer 1) were considered for this survey. A total of 261 young faculty were drawn from all the colleges of the three randomly selected private universities in Ogun State, Nigeria.
