Open Donor, Laparoscopic Donor and Hand Assisted Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy:

Abstract: Classic laparoscopic donor and hand assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomies appear to be safe procedures for harvesting kidneys. The recipient graft function is similar in the laparoscopic and open surgery groups.
