Abstract: BackgroundApproximately 30% of Sjögren’s Syndrome (SS) patients develop Ectopic Lymphoid Structures (ELS) in their salivary glands (SG). ELS play an active role in autoimmunity and contribute to the development of MALT lymphoma.
