Ontological knowledge management system development

Abstract: The paper describes approach to development of enterprise knowledge management system. The main approach feature is active ontology using on evaluation stage while choosing knowledge management strategy and software developing. There i s a stage of basic knowtedge domain extraction by asking authorities and leading experts. This step is executed before ontology development.
