Önmegvalósítás, nosztalgia és család-munka egyensúly : A vállalkozásalapítás motivációinak vizsgálata a kreatív vidéki vállalkozónők körében

Abstract: A tanulmány a magyar vidéki társadalomban új csoportként megjelenő, ún. kreatív női vállalkozókat elemzi vidékszociológiai megközelítésben. A tanulmány egy kvalitatív szociológiai vizsgálatra épül, amelyben 48 félig strukturált interjú készült olyan kreatív vidéki vállalkozónőkkel, akik kreatív és újító termékeikkel, valamint szolgáltatásaikkal az elmúlt évtizedekben jelentek meg a világhálón, a vidéki fesztiválokon, illetve a helyi gazdaságban, új tevékenységi típust és új életformát teremtve a vidéki Magyaro… Show more
