The purpose of this study is to analyze the causality of the relationship between Financial Education, Availability of Human Resources for Financial Education, Financial Knowledge, Adoption of Financial Behavior, HR Performance, Employee Financial Productivity, Corporate Financial Welbeing. This study uses a quantitative approach which is then processed using smartpls as an analysis tool. The data collection method used an online questionnaire addressed to 268 respondents. The results of this study state that overall, this research illuminates the importance of individual financial behavior in an organizational context. By highlighting Adoption of Financial Behavior as the focal point, this study shows that individual financial behavior has a significant impact on the company's financial well-being, employee productivity, and overall human resource performance. Managerial implications affirm the need for greater investment in financial education in the workplace to shape positive financial behaviors and support the financial well-being of the firm. Meanwhile, the theoretical implications reinforce the conceptual basis of the role of financial education in shaping prudent financial behavior in an organizational context. With an emphasis on financial education and a better understanding of individual financial behaviors, management can strengthen the financial foundation of the firm, increase employee productivity, and improve overall human resource performance, forming a crucial step towards sustainable financial well-being for the organization.

La educación financiera en la sociedad tiene gran impacto en la perspectiva de cómo ver las finanzas, como tomar decisiones para alcanzar objetivos. Una buena educación financiera promueve el impulso y bienestar de los activos. En la actualidad se busca implementar, promover y desarrollar alternativas que permitan a los jóvenes educarse financieramente, con la finalidad de crear hábitos sanos, tener un mejor entendimiento de las decisiones personales y sociales de carácter económico, brindar alternativas de las diferentes herramientas y servicios financieros para mejorar la calidad de vida. Es por ello que, el objeto de la presente investigación es analizar el estado del arte sobre educación, inclusión y cultura financiera. La investigación en mención es cualitativa de tipo descriptivo pues se documentan las características de las variables de estudio, así como los factores que se relacionan con éstas, empleando una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), la cual tiene el propósito de analizar información científica existente sobre un área, tema o fenómeno de estudio usando un proceso de búsqueda, catalogación, ordenamiento, análisis, crítica y síntesis, el cual busca una interpretación contextual con flexibilidad para obtener datos del comportamiento de los jóvenes, quienes son considerados un nicho potencial. La Educación Financiera comienza desde casa y a pesar de que está presente en cada momento no se lleva a la práctica de manera idónea, por ello la importancia de una cultura financiera que aporte las bases de los conocimientos y habilidades para no incurrir en riesgos innecesarios.

This service to the community aims to prove the effectiveness of financial literacy substances delivered, i.e., financial, investment, and retirement planning, to the related people in Badan Pendidikan Kristen (BPK) Penabur Metro in Lampung Province. This is due to their inadequate knowledge, obtained after the Maranatha Christian University team interviewed the chief of BPK Penabur Metro. Furthermore, the questions of Chen and Volpe (1988) are utilized to evaluate the success of this event based on the precise answers (PA). Moreover, their percentage gets statistically compared after and before the material delivery (MD). To deliver materials, the presenters utilize the lecture technique. Besides, the discussion is utilized to answer participants' curiosity about the topics. Based on this statistical examination, the portion of PA after the MD is higher than that before the MD, where the level is 62.45% and 36.58%, respectively. In other words, this service to the community successfully elevates their ability to answer these questions.
