“…Copper sulfide (CuS), an important transition metal sulfide, is an inexpensive and abundant material with widespread applications . It has drawn worldwide attention to Li‐ion batteries, chemical sensors, catalyst, solar cells, and so on . There have been some reports that CuS was used as an electrode material for Li‐ion batteries and supercapacitors because of its metal‐like electronic conductivity and high theoretical capacity .…”

“…Consequently, CVs profile changes by increasing the scan rate due to switching potential. These findings suggest that the redox mechanism is operative for the devised electrode and generate the resultant capacitance ,. The scan rate affects the diffusion of electrolyte ions as displayed by Csp values, Table .…”

“…To reveal the potential applications of Ce 2 Zr 2 O 7 , PbS and Ce 2 Zr 2 O 7 /PbS nanocomposite in SCs, we conducted the electrochemical analysis. The electrochemical performance of electrode consisting of nanostructured materials is mainly dependent on the structure and morphology because it offers lager surface and mesoporous structure, which enables better diffusion of charges into the material . Figure a, b, c and d show the typical cyclic voltammetry (CV) curves of spherical Ce 2 Zr 2 O 7 , nanoflower PbS and Ce 2 Zr 2 O 7 /PbS nanocomposite, supported on Ni‐foams (vs Ag/AgCl) as a function of scan rates ranging from 10 to 100 mV/s.…”

“…Among potential electrode materials for pseudocapacitors, transition metal sulfides, including CuS [5][6][7][8][9], Cu 2 S [10], SnS 2 [3,[11][12][13] and SnS [14] have extensively been investigated owing to their earth abundance, low cost, environmental friendliness, and high theoretical capacitance. On the contrary, CTSs have particularly been applied in conversion and storage devices [15][16][17][18].…”
