One-step generation of auxin-inducible degron cells with high-efficiency homozygous tagging

Abstract: Auxin-inducible degron (AID) technology is powerful for chemogenetic control of proteolysis. However, generation of human cell lines to deplete endogenous proteins with AID remains challenging.
