One-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty in patients with type 3 dysplasia

Abstract: Total hip arthroplasty is the most effective way of treating coxarthrosis at a late stage. Total hip arthroplasty is especial effective in case of expressed dysplasia of hip. More than 27% of the patients operated on total hip arthroplasty were diagnosed by dysplasia of the hip, characterized by double-sided pathological process [1].
