“…Research has shown that emotional exhaustion (a core dimension of burnout) is linked to reduced job satisfaction (Burke & Greenglass, 1995;Maslach & Jackson, 1986;Pines, Aronson, & Kafry, 1981;Wolpin, Burke, & Greenglass, 1991); reduced organizational commitment (Jackson, Turner, & Brief, 1986;Leiter & Maslach, 1988;Sethi, Barrier, & King, 2004); and high turnover and turnover intention (Firth & Britton, 1989;Jackson et al, 1986). “…Knudsen vd., (2009) çalışanlardan beklenen yüksek performans düzeyi, örgütteki merkezileşme derecesi gibi 'talep' unsurları ve örgütsel destek, uzun vadeli stratejik planlama gibi 'kaynak' unsurlarının çalışanda duygusal tükenme yaratarak işten ayrılma niyetini artırdığını ifade etmektedirler. Bununla birlikte Moore (2000), algılanan işyükü, rol belirsizliği, rol çatışması, otonomi ve ödüllerin adilliği olarak ele aldığı iş koşulları ile işten ayrılma niyeti ilişkisinde duygusal tükenmenin aracı rol etkisini tespit etmişlerdir. “…Moreover, the literature mentioned factors like Work Overload (WOL) that could affect the phenomenon of technology adoption as it refers to the employees' perceptions regarding the work environment being compacted with many tasks, close deadlines and having exhausting working hours (Moore, 2000). Several studies concluded that time-insufficiency and heavy workload in healthcare sector were considered important factors negatively affecting the adoption of HIS (Boonstra & Broekhuis, 2010;McGinn et al, 2011).…”
