One‐pot Synthesis of 2,4‐Diamino‐substituted Thieno[3,2‐d]pyrimidines

Abstract: An efficient one-pot synthetic approach to 2,4-diamino-substituted thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidines from 2,4-dichlorothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine was described.
