“…The core idea is to make the analytes charged strongly to enable their electromigration in broad pH and bear ideal chromophore group(s) to facilitate the detection. This can in theory be achieved by simultaneously labeling the analytes with chromophore and strongly charged groups, and after a hard study, a facile and cost‐effective one‐pot labeling technique has developed in our laboratory to fast labeling amino acids []. In this paper, this one‐pot technique is combined into the chiral separation of dl ‐PenA and will be illustrated that it meets with the requirements what we expected.…”
