One-pot conversion of dihydroxyacetone into ethyl lactate by Zr-based catalysts

Abstract: An eco-friendly strategy for efficiently converting dihydroxyacetone to ethyl lactate in one-pot is proposed. The synergistic effect among acid and basic active sites contributes to the high catalytic activity.
