Abstract:Retroperitoneal ectopic pregnancy (REP) is extremely rare and can be easily missed due to its special location. As most REP are close to the major abdominal blood vessels, misdiagnosis can lead to serious consequences, even threatening the patient's life. This report presents a 26-year-old naturally conceived patient who was diagnosed with REP through transvaginal ultrasound and underwent early surgery with good recovery.
