Oncology nurses’ compassion fatigue, burn out and compassion satisfaction

Abstract: Background: For oncology nurses, compassion fatigue, burn out and compassion satisfactions are frequently experienced psychosocial consequences of the oncology work environment. Surveying such phenomena helps to understand how nurses feel and behave when cancer care is provided.
