Sluggish adoption of emerging electronic government (eGov) applications continues to be a problem across developed and developing countries. This research tested the nine alternative theoretical models of technology adoption in the context of an eGov system using data collected from citizens of four selected districts in the state of Bihar in India. Analysis of the models indicates that their performance is not up to the expected level in terms of path coefficients, variance in behavioural intention, or the fit indices of the models. In response to the underperformance of the alternative theoretical models to explain the adoption of an eGov system, this research develops a unified model of electronic government adoption and tests it using the same data. The results indicate that the proposed research model outperforms all alternative models of technology adoption by explaining 77 % of variance in behavioural intention, with acceptable values of fit indices and significant relationships between each pair of hypothesised factors.

Abstract-The main purpose of this study is to construct the user satisfaction structure model of mobile learning APP (software designed that run on mobile devices) from the perspective of the mobile learning participants, and to analyze the influence factors of satisfaction with mobile learning APP. The results of this study show that perceived responsiveness and perceived content are both the important factors that affect user satisfaction with mobile learning APP. Users have high satisfaction with the content conforming to the mobile learning context. Users expect to get immediate feedback in the process of learning, which can improve the learning methods and efficiency.

Abstract-Today, mobile communication technologies provide immense additional scope for consumers' banking transactions due to their always-on functionality and the option to access bank's facilities anytime and anywhere. Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. It is the latest and most innovative service offered by the banks. But not enough study has been done to known regarding how customers perceive and evaluate electronically delivered mobile banking services. The study considers five factors perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, consumer awareness about mobile banking and perceived risks associated with mobile banking. This study also points out that these factors have a strong and positive effect on customers to accept mobile banking system. Index Terms-m-commerce, mobile banking; perceived usefulness, ease of use, risk, awareness, subjective norm.
