Abstract: Venetoclax is an orally bioavailable, B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) selective inhibitor, used for the treatment of various types of blood cancers, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
