On the share system of wages

Abstract

The admissibility of the introduction and application of the share system of wages by the employer is analyzed in the article. It provides for the payment of monthly salaries and the possibility of lowering them by predetermined coefficients. The size of the coefficients is determined depending on the degree of fulfillment of the production standards. The conclusion is made about its inconsistency with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
