On The Role Of Essential Orders On Feedback Decoupling And Model Inversion: Bond Graph Approach

Abstract: The essential orders have an important role in the study of the systems decouplability as well as in the inverse model characterization. The aim of this paper is first to define essential orders on the bond graph model. Secondly, static and dynamic decoupling by bond graph approach is discussed and the dynamic extension order is defined. Finally, the dynamic compensation is physically located on the bond graph model and an approach to synthesize a model statically decouplable is suggested in order to define an… Show more

“…In this example, the right filters 'Filter_Ri' or specification systems are chosen as RLC circuits in serial or parallel configurations and driven by voltage or current sources with the output selected so as to match the effort or flow variable type of the output and to satisfy the relative degree conditions (23). The overall right filtered inverse configuration is given in Fig.…”

“…The determination of essential order uses the notion of structure at infinity of the transfer matrix, used in control theory among other for feedback decoupling or perturbation rejection [3], for which several graph-theoretical determination procedures have been developed for structured systems with directed graph (digraph) [4] [5] and bond graph [6] [7]. For model inversion problems of regular systems, the existing algebraic structural framework [8] has been derived in bond graph with the determination of structural inversibility conditions [9] [10], determination of relative degrees [6] [10] and determination of essential orders [11] [12] [13].…”
