Abstract-This paper presents a new study of artificial intelligence applications through the simulation of improved control strategy to provide the mitigation concepts and formulate preventive actions for aircraft operation. The fuzzy-logic modeling (FLM) technique is used to establish flight control models with the function of nonlinear dynamic inversion based on the datasets from the flight data recorder (FDR). The improved control strategy can be obtained through the simulations of flight control models to enhance the stability and controllability before and during the severe atmospheric turbulence.

In this work we analyze the key issue of the relationship that should hold between the operators in a family {A n } of aggregation operators in order to understand they properly define a consistent whole. Here we extend some of the ideas about stability of a family of aggregation operators into a more general framework, formally defining the notions of i − L and j − R strict stability for families of aggregation operators. The notion of strict stability of order k is introduced as well. Finally, we also present an application of the strict stability conditions to deal with missing data problems in an information aggregation process. For this analysis, we have focused in the weighted mean family and the quasi-arithmetic weighted means families.

This paper analyzes the relationship between fuzziness and bipolarity, notions which were devised to address different kinds of uncertainty: linguistic imprecision, in the former, and knowledge relevance and character or polarity, in the latter. Although different types of fuzziness and bipolarity have been defined, these relations are not always clear. This paper proposes the use of four-valued extensions to provide a formal method to rigorously define and compare the semantics and logical structure of diverse combinations of fuzziness and bipolarity types. As a result, this paper claims that these notions and their different types are independent and not semantically equivalent despite its possible formal equivalence.
