On the quasilinear renormalization theory of turbulent magnetized plasma

Abstract: In this paper. the renormalization of turbulent magnetized plasma is treated by a new approach-Fourier transform of velocity V and operator technique. Under weak coupling approximation. the propagator is transformed into a form which can be calculated easily. The effects of finite correlation time T, of turbulence are discussed. It shows that finite T, not only gives some new terms but also makes diffusion "coefficient" itself be changed.
