The ways of incorporation of hydrologic cycle elements into the dynamicstochastic heat and water exchange climate model are considered. The system of heat conservation equations (Adem 1991) representing the deterministic basis of the model is forced by random fields of"weather variables" in accordance with Hasselmann (1976). Water vapour conservation equation is added to the system. Such approach enables to identify the main sources of precipitation climatologic variability. It is proposed to complete the hydrologic cycle description with zero-dimensional runoff models.
