On the Necessity of State Regulation Socially Responsible Business Conduct in Order to Enhance Its Competitiveness

Abstract

Considered alternative approaches to the vision of the role of the state in
 regulating the behavior of socially responsible business. Systematized the
 main problems from the standpoint of reconciling the interests of key
 stakeholders. Recommendations for improving the institutional controls to
 improve business competitiveness.
