Abstract:IIduronate‐2‐sulfatase (IDS) is a Ca2+‐dependent enzyme belonging to the family of sulfatases that catalyzes the hydrolysis of sulphurylated glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), like dermatan and heparan sulphate.
